Caribe Hospitality is one of the fastest growing hotel development and asset management companies within the regional environment (Central America, the Caribbean and now Mexico). The company currently specializes in the development of highly recognized brands in high-growth markets that are historically underserved.

Headquartered in Costa Rica, Caribe Hospitality was founded in the year 2000 and it has developed a total of five hotels since its inception. These hotels are currently operated by Marriott International under the brands: "Courtyard by Marriott" and "Residence Inn by Marriott".

In current times, the company is developing a Courtyard by Marriot hotel in Bridgetown, Barbados. This project along with twelve others located throughout the Caribbean, Mexico and Central American countries comprise approximately 1,850 rooms; an estimated investment of US$ 250 MM for the next 5 years.
