Some of our projects are selected for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, under the “New Construction” classification system, which consists of the development of sustainable constructions.

These projects incorporate advanced technologies to reduce their environmental impact through the optimization of energy efficiency, reduction of the use of drinking water, use of insulating materials outside the structure of buildings, low-emissivity windows, and other equipment. that ensure the quality of air within these, as well as facilities to access transport and public services in the vicinity, among others.

The Courtyard San Jose Airport Alajuela hotel was the first hotel in Latin America to obtain LEED grade silver certification and more recently the Courtyard Kingston hotel was the first LEED certified silver grade building in Jamaica.
